Stanford University has excellent introductions, activities and documentation set up to make new students feel at home. Over the past year, I encountered a bunch of tips and tricks that I wished someone would have pointed out to me right at the beginning.

After the February 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine, the European Union banned several Russian state-sponsored media because of propaganda. Several social media platforms quickly followed suit to ban them as well. Russia retaliated with a ban on several European outlets with state funding. This raised the question: how is Russian language Wikipedia dealing with this? Are these banned domains often linked (referenced) in articles relevant to this war, or are they not linked at all?
